Tim Burns joined MBP Capital, Inc in May 2011 to assist Mike Phillips with the volume of multifamily assets and brokerage in Denver, Colorado.Tim graduated from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado at Boulder in May 2011, receiving a B.S. degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance as well as a certificate in Real Estate. During Tim’s final year of school he had the opportunity to work with Formations, LLC, a boutique commercial real estate firm in Boulder, Colorado.At Formations, LLC Tim was responsible for researching, analyzing and identifying distressed commercial real estate for potential investment in Phoenix, Arizona (Industrial & Office Asset Classes) and Riverside, California (Multifamily).Tim created the company’s first residential home listing and developed the protocol and templates for future listings.Tim was voted Top Performer by his coworkers in 2010.
Tim's responsibilites at MBP Capital, Inc include interacting with clients and brokers on a daily basis, underwriting multifamily properties in Colorado and Texas, creating due diligence packages and assisting with property management takeover. He recently became an associate broker with MBP Capital, Inc and is looking forward to helping the company grow in the future. EDUCATION
