Terrence Rouda joined MBP Capital in May 2011 as an analyst. He will graduate from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree in accounting and real estate in May 2012. His role is focused around providing analytical assistance throughout the brokerage process from initial investment underwriting to due diligence. In addition, Terrence provides continuous management of MBP’s social media and various web based services. His background in accounting provides a skillful and detail oriented approach with his financial analysis.
During his time at CU, Terrence was a member of the USCSA ski racing team, a leader in his fraternity and started his own student organization, Leeds Snowsports at CU. In his free time, Terrence enjoys being in the Rocky Mountains hiking 14ers, fishing, camping, and skiing. He is excited to receive his brokerage license after graduation and help MBP Capital grow in Denver and future markets.
