Mike has been involved in commercial & multifamily ownership, brokerage and management for over 21 years. Originally active in the complex Los Angeles market, he has spent recent times handling sales & acquisitions of Metroplex multifamily real estate, as well as, supervising the management of well over 11,000 units of multifamily properties.He is well versed in the multi-family market, brokerage, and its current direction. Mike founded several Dallas based real estate companies and acted as CEO of those companies until forming MBP Capital, Inc. in 2007. He was responsible for over 125 employees. Mike has been involved with the purchase and ownership of many apartment properties, acting as a General Partner and managing Partner on over 700 units. Mike is a licensed Commercial Pilot, a CCIM designee, a CPM candidate and an active member of several organizations including the local Dallas Chapter of Entrepreneur's Organization (EO).
