Brent Card has joined MBP Capital to assist Mike Phillips with the volume of Multifamily assets in Dallas as well as add another dimension of development experience. Brent has been working in real estate since graduating from Point Loma Nazarene University. in 2000. He has been involved in many aspects of real estate investment such as owning, asset managing and property management of real estate investments. Growing up in San Diego he acquired his California real estate license and joined Everest Alliance as an acquisition manager for Multifamily assets. At Everest Alliance, Brent's duties ranged from auditing Everest's rental reports, finding multifamily opportunities in San Diego, seeking out new markets outside of San Diego, investor liaison, and creation of legal entity to purchase asset. Brent was the lead acquisition manager for multiple acquisitions in Missouri, Alabama, Oklahoma.
After leaving Everest Alliance in 2003, Brent started Gateway Properties with his partner Earl Holbeck and moved to the Flathead Valley in NW Montana. While there he acquired a Montana broker?s license and was involved in multi-family and development projects. Gateway's first development project was a small 17 lot subdivision on Big Mt overlooking picturesque Whitefish Lake. Riverwalk Condos was their next project consisting of 72 units in which Gateway oversaw construction as well as sales. Brent's most recent project is a 80 acre mixed use development project called Valley Ranch. Valley Ranch was approved by the Kalispell city council in 2008 and consists of 104 units assisted living facility, 160 condos, 33 Townhome lots, and 33 single family home sites.
Brent Card now has accepted the opportunity to work with MBP Capital and assist buyers to acquire multifamily assets in Dallas, TX.
