Mike Phillips, CCIM, co-founded MBP Capital, Inc., in January 2007. Consistently a "Top Producer" for over 21 years, Mike's experience in multifamily real estate is far-reaching. Mike has owned and/or acted as General Partner of over 600 multifamily units and, in addition, has been directly responsible for the operations and management of over 12,000 units. Mike founded and acted as CEO of several Dallas-based real estate firms which focus on multifamily brokerage, property management and investments. Mike has personally brokered over 175 multifamily transactions with deal size since 2001 averaging over 100 units. Due to his tremendous experience, knowledge and understanding in brokerage as well as property management, Mike has become an authority in both sides of the deal, representing both Sellers and Buyers. A pilot since an early age, Mike holds a Commercial Pilot's Certificate (multi-engine, instrument, and a past Flight Instructor) with over 2,000 logged flight hours. Mike is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a Certified Property Manager (CPM) candidate. Mike is a licensed broker in Colorado, Texas and Montana.
