Michael Jacobs is starting his real estate career with a year left at the University of Colorado, Boulder. Since May, 2011 he has been working for MBP Capital, Inc. as an analyst. His work includes underwriting multifamily properties in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and the Metro Denver area. His work also includes interacting with different brokers, helping out with all aspects of the due diligence period, and assisting in the process of a management takeover. Following the summer of 2012, Mike expects to graduate with a BS in Business Management/Real Estate. Mike’s previous work experience includes working and learning about Real Estate from his brother who is a broker in the Los Angeles area.
During the summers of 06’-10’ Mike worked as a self-employed swim instructor and lifeguard/swim instructor at Saddleback Valley College in Mission Viejo, California.
Mike is from San Juan Capistrano, CA and enjoys playing basketball, football, and going surfing. His interests include economics, investing, hiking, snowboarding, and travel.
