Mark Christ joined MBP Capital, Inc. in May of 2011 as a real estate analyst.Mark performs financial analysis for on and off-market multi-family properties in Dallas-Fort Worth and Denver, communicates with brokers, investors and lenders and assists in due diligence package production. Mark graduated from the University of Colorado in May 2011 with a degree in Finance.He was selected to represent the University of Colorado's Leeds School of Business in the 2011 USC Undergraduate Real Estate Case Competition where CU's team placed third.Prior to MBP Capital, Inc., Mark spent two years working as an Analyst at Formations, LLC, a commercial real estate brokerage in Boulder, CO.While at Formations, LLC Mark researched and analyzed off-market properties in Colorado and served as the Director of Consulting, successfully soliciting new clients for consulting projects. Mark grew up in a suburb outside Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and spent his free time playing sports and reading about investing.He is an avid soccer fan and supports the Tottenham Hotspur F.C.
