Our History and Philosophy

MBP Capital, Inc. is a culmination of bringing together multiple talented individuals for the purpose of forming a Multifamily Real Estate Firm that outshines all others.   Our founders and all "hand picked" team members have diverse individual backgrounds and experience that when melded together form a team that can help you accomplish any of your Multifamily Real Estate needs. 

We are a full service company that has been very successful in helping our clients accomplish their goals.   We have systems and technology in place that rival the largest national firms while keeping the creative and flexible attitude and behaviors that are found only in boutique local firms.   With our clients first on our minds, we maintain the highest level of integrity and extraordinary market knowledge including, not only our own listings, but, in addition, we track and know about every available property in our markets.

Brokerage Services

MBP Capital, Inc.'s brokers (Texas, Colorado and Montana) and licensed agents are professional and very motivated.   We have been involved in over 160 successful closings. ($350,000,000 in successful Commercial and Multi-family transactions including over 11,000 units sold.)

Our Investment Sales team is very methodical and aggressive.   They will quickly put together a Listing Sales Package including accomplishing the "Due Diligence" on the front end of the deal.   This allows us to successfully find a Buyer, negotiate the Contract at the highest market price possible and actually CLOSE the transaction.   Our closing ratio is very high.

We would appreciate the chance to look at your Property and tell you what we think the market will bring you.   If you allow us to market your Property, we hit the market from every angle including the web, focused mass mailing, seminars in high density investment areas, LoopNet, advertising, a huge actual buyer's database, and many other highly effective marketing strategies.

Buyer Representation

Most of our business comes from this side of the deal.   We are very good at working with and for the Buyer.  Our Broker, Mike Phillips,has been representing Buyers since 1995.   We will do the following for our Buyer clients:

*   We help the Buyer identify his/her specific range of criteria.

*   We identify one or more properties that MBP Capital recommends the Buyer pursue.

*   We aggressively pursue the deals through oral and/or written offers.   Our relationships with the Listing Brokers prove to be a great asset for the Buyer.


*   We skillfully negotiate the Contract.


*   We handle all aspects of Contract period including all feasibility studies and due diligence analysis.

*   Our relationships with Lenders also become a great asset.  We help you find the loan.


*   We have closed many deals with the National and Local firms making our relationships and past experiences with them another great asset. 

*   We know how to get to the bottom line.


*   We help accomplish the Physical Inspections and give the Buyer an Opinion of Condition and Value.


*   We are experts at getting the Repair Credits, Planning for a Renovation, and working with Banks.


*   We help you put together a realistic budget and strategy for the management of the property.


*   We will act as Asset Manager on behalf of our Clients.


*   We manage your property, if you wish.
 
*   All Commissions are paid by the Seller.
 
*   You walk away from the closing feeling like you were very well represented.
